Enterprise Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Solutions Specialist will drive sales of institutional solutions, focusing on iClicker, product partnerships, and new Expanse products across higher‑education institutions in the western United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop a robust pipeline of accounts and contacts targeting institutional initiatives and new growth opportunities.
• Secure meetings with administrators, present solutions, and obtain site‑license agreements for iClicker and partner products.
• Respond to RFPs, coordinate high‑impact events, and generate course‑level leads for the broader sales team.
• Maintain at least three on‑campus days per week during peak selling seasons and log activities in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of enterprise SaaS or higher‑education technology sales experience.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong consultative selling approach with experience building relationships with CTL, CIO, Provost, Deans, and Department Chairs.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency with iClicker and Salesforce (SF) CRM.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate emerging education technologies such as generative AI tools.
