Partner Compliance Manager

About the role

Del Oro Consulting is looking for a meticulous Partner Compliance Manager to support a client’s Global Partner Organization and its Customer Success Practice Maturity Program. You will evaluate partners’ customer‑success capabilities against established maturity standards, turning subjective evidence into objective, defensible assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive desk reviews, including documentation analysis and artifact auditing, to verify operational proof for the maturity program.
• Analyze high‑volume document submissions with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Interpret both the letter and spirit of the law when assessing partner evidence against practice maturity requirements.
• Translate qualitative evidence into standardized, objective assessments and communicate findings to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the client professionally in discussions with executive‑level partners about Customer Success strategies and the LAER model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Auditing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in audit, compliance, quality assurance, or rigorous document‑review roles.
• Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
• Exceptional analytical ability to synthesize complex, subjective information into structured outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional executive presence.
