About the role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in major US locations including Dallas, Indianapolis, Los Angeles and New York. The role involves leading audit engagements for Japanese clients and managing a high‑performing staff.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and firm audit standards.
- Manage, develop and mentor audit staff, supporting their professional growth.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of audit experience in public accounting, including work with Japanese companies.
- Licensed CPA, BA/BS degree, strong leadership and communication skills.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and audit procedures.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in Japanese (preferred).
