Partner Account Manager – Hybrid (Brisbane, CA)

About the role

Odoo is looking for a Partner Account Manager to grow and support its network of implementation partners. Based in Brisbane, CA, you will work on‑site four days a week and remotely one day, helping partners sell, implement, and support Odoo’s ERP and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Train partners on Odoo sales and implementation best practices.
• Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages for end customers.
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements.
• Streamline communication between partners, internal teams, and customers.
• Support process optimisation and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for software products and a collaborative mindset.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP or SaaS solutions (preferred).
• Ability to work quickly in a rapidly evolving field.
