Channel Account Manager (French Fluency)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a Channel Account Manager with professional French fluency to support and expand its network of implementation partners. You will work closely with partners to help them sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of business applications, acting as a trusted advisor and growth catalyst. The first two to three months are fully on‑site for intensive product and go‑to‑market training.

Key responsibilities

• Train partners on effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies.
• Coach partners to improve sales processes, performance, and client project management.
• Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers.
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs.
• Implement cross‑functional processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers.
• Contribute to customer‑centric strategy development and executive collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional or native/bilingual French fluency.
• Passion for software products and a strong interest in ERP solutions.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
