Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a bilingual Customer Success Manager to help North American clients adopt and expand their use of Odoo’s integrated ERP suite. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through implementation, adoption, renewal, and growth phases.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing Odoo customers to understand their business processes and drive product adoption.
• Lead all stages of the subscription renewal cycle, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to address customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1‑2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Passion for software products and a strong interest in business operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite applications.
