Part-Time Style Ambassador

About the role

Everlane is looking for a part-time Style Ambassador in Austin. As a brand historian and personal stylist, you will curate an elevated shopping experience that reflects the company's mission and values, guiding customers authentically while staying active on the floor and behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build personalized relationships with customers and earn their loyalty
• Give styling recommendations that build customer confidence and loyalty
• Use product knowledge to sell and style products and give fit advice
• Maintain store environment standards and keep a customer-first mindset
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges
• Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends

Required profile

• Passion for fashion, a strong sense of personal style and interest in a mission-driven brand
• Love of Everlane, its products and its values
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 12 hours of availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds, and to stand and move around the store
