Part-time Store Supervisor – Fulton Market, Chicago

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the Beyond Yoga team at our Fulton Market location in Chicago. In this leadership position you will help create an engaging store environment while upholding the brand’s core values of quality, inclusivity, and ethical manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy, compelling store experience by actively engaging customers and modeling service excellence.
• Drive performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Open and close the store as manager on duty, handling cash, shipments, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires on product knowledge, brand values, and selling culture.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and talent development in partnership with store management.
• Resolve customer concerns positively and collaborate with the Store Manager or ASM on escalated issues.
