Part-Time Sales Stylist – Brickell City Center, Miami

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Sales Stylist to join the Brickell City Center store in Miami. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and pricing of merchandise.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, familiarity with iOS devices.
• Device troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
