Part‑Time Sales Associate – Miami

About the role

ALSO is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate to help launch and grow its electric mobility brand in the Miami area. You will work directly with customers in mobile demos, retail settings and community events, reporting to the Market Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality customer experiences in both mobile and fixed retail environments, educating visitors on ALSO vehicles.
• Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales.
• Assist with setup, execution and breakdown of mobile demo experiences and activation events, including driving the custom EV van.
• Maintain the demo fleet – keep vehicles clean, charged and ready for customers.
• Support daily retail hub operations such as opening/closing procedures, merchandising and general upkeep.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality or brand‑ambassador roles.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible work style able to cover weekends and events.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (21+ years old) with at least three years driving experience and ability to pass background and vehicle checks.
