Founding Banking GTM Lead

About the role

Rho is seeking a Founding Banking GTM professional to research, identify, and acquire new mid‑market clients through self‑generated leads and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to promote Rho’s AI‑driven banking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by prospecting middle‑market businesses and building a pipeline of self‑generated leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive retention, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and target clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Sales Development teams to align banking solutions with client needs.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demos to showcase Rho’s value proposition.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand professional networks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience, preferably selling business banking or credit card products.
• Proven track record selling to SMBs/mid‑market companies with revenues of $20M+.
• Deep local market network in Miami and strong cold‑calling/hunting skills.
• Experience navigating complex sales processes involving C‑suite stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Base salary $83,000‑$115,000 with OTE $126,000‑$220,000.
