Part-Time Sales & Lifestyle Consultant (Lease-Up)

About the role

The Sales & Lifestyle Consultant drives occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for River Rock at Blume Road. This hybrid position blends full‑cycle leasing activities with the planning and execution of social, wellness, and cultural events that enrich the resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, tour, and lease apartment homes to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Process applications, conduct screenings, prepare leases, and coordinate move‑ins.
• Maintain prospect data in CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly) and track all follow‑up communications.
• Monitor market conditions, assist in marketing strategy development, and manage lease renewals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute 2–5 daily resident events, handling setup, breakdown, and supply procurement.
• Maintain a monthly event calendar and ensure common areas and show units meet company standards.

Required profile

• Ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through proactive leasing efforts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills to engage prospects and current residents.
• Creative mindset for designing and delivering resident‑focused events.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Entrata and Hyly.
