Part-Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team in Columbus. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates to improve performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, merchandising, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Uphold Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards in all activities.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Reliably meets or exceeds store and individual sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders, and move around the store.
• Must have reliable transportation and be at least 18 years old.
