Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Anniston, Alabama. You will work on the sales floor using a consultative approach, guiding customers through device and service options. The role suits people who want to work during the store's busiest times, including evenings and weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through their options on the sales floor with a consultative sales approach.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission on AT&T products and services.
• Take part in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends.

Required profile

• No sales experience needed: training, tools and coaching are provided.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
