Part-Time Retail Merchandiser – Flexible Schedule

About the role

Join Strategic Retail Solutions' field team to support in‑store merchandising programs on a flexible, project‑based schedule in Tempe, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, understand, and accurately follow planograms.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Use a smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys, and upload high‑quality photos live while in the store.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff and take full responsibility for the assigned area.

Required profile

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Comfortable with technology and able to use Android or iPhone, Google Chrome, and third‑party apps.
• Organized, dependable, self‑motivated, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and lift boxes up to 40 lb.
