Inside Sales Representative – High‑Energy Sales Role

About the role

Achieve is launching new Inside Sales training classes each month and is seeking motivated sales professionals to join upcoming cohorts. The role focuses on guiding members through personalized digital finance solutions, handling warm leads, and closing sales quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Make up to 100+ outbound dials daily to engage warm leads.
• Conduct consultative one‑call or two‑call closes, identifying customer pain points and presenting financial products.
• Manage a dynamic pipeline of 20‑200+ active leads, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Balance empathy and direction during sensitive financial conversations.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Use Salesforce to track activity and maintain pipeline accuracy.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call‑center, or financial/consultative sales experience.
• Proven track record in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport and handle objections.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

What we offer

• Hybrid and remote work options (local to Phoenix, AZ or remote in Texas).
• Flexible 8‑hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (MST/PST), including weekday and optional weekend schedules.
• On‑target earnings of $80,000 – $130,000+ per year (base salary plus uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives).
