Loan Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Loan Sales Specialist on the Achieve Acceleration Loan team, you will help existing clients secure a loan that accelerates their debt‑resolution program, improving their credit faster. The position is hybrid, requiring office attendance for training and occasional visits.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and meet schedule adherence targets.
• Deliver persuasive consultations on how the Consolidation Plus loan can speed up debt settlement.
• Use Salesforce to track and manage a pipeline of roughly 200 leads, with new leads added weekly.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance goals while working independently.

Required profile

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills to handle a large lead pipeline.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence consumer decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
