Join Rothy’s as a Retail Ambassador at Southlake Town Square, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand’s sustainable values. You will focus on building meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer with best‑in‑class service, product expertise, and brand presentation.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while creating lasting customer relationships through clienteling.
• Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
• At least 18 years of age with previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building genuine customer connections.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb, and safely use ladders or step stools.
