Part-Time Physical Therapist

About the role
Rebound Physical and Occupational Therapy, part of AdvisaCare, is looking for an experienced, client-centred physical therapist in the Phoenix area and surrounding regions. The role involves delivering therapy visits and supervising PTAs, with a focus on building rapport with clients and designing goal-driven treatment plans.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the therapy team in line with AdvisaCare's mission and values
- Ensure compliance with company policies and CHAP, local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain the company's quality assurance programs
- Collaborate with the AdvisaCare medical team
- Keep client satisfaction high
- Carry out therapy and supervisory visits for PTAs where available
Required profile
- Licensed physical therapist in the State of Arizona
- Current working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation
- At least 1 year of home care experience highly preferred
