Arizona Primary Care Provider - Telemedicine

About the role

Circle Medical is an adult-only primary care practice based in Phoenix, Arizona, that empanels independent family and internal medicine providers to deliver high-quality, continuous care through a telemedicine-first approach. Appointments are two-way video-audio sessions of 15 to 30 minutes, using a proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR. The practice is open 7 days a week, and providers can set their own recurring schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification.
• Currently licensed in Arizona, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Valid Arizona DEA registration in good standing, covering all medication schedules including Schedule II.
• Ideal candidates have experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting.
• For physician assistants: at least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred; for physicians: at least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred.
• Psych-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant with collaborative practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult primary care conditions.

Required skills

• A high degree of technical skill with software and an openness to fast-paced improvements.
• Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2021, with a minimum of 16 GB of RAM.

What we offer

• Fee-for-service pay: fully empaneled MDs/DOs earn on average $100-$200 per hour, with $50 per encounter plus an incentive program; fully empaneled APPs earn on average $66-$132 per hour, at $33 per encounter.
