Part-Time Pediatrician (CA License) – Spanish Speaking

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is building a virtual clinic focused on pediatric ADHD care. The position is remote and supports children and teens with ADHD, providing diagnostic and medication management. The role is ideal for a Spanish‑speaking pediatrician licensed in California who wants to join a multidisciplinary, tech‑enabled team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD, including diagnosis and stimulant medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists and other clinicians.
• Complete administrative tasks and clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
• Participate in program development, evaluation and workflow improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical license to practice in California.
• Board certification in Pediatrics.
• Minimum five years of patient‑care experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and experienced working with culturally diverse families.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine (sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activity).
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using telemedicine platforms for virtual care.

• Competitive clinical hourly rate of $136–$178, plus $25 per hour for administrative time.
