Behavioral Health Manager

About the role

In this high‑impact role you will report to the Executive Clinical Leadership team and lead a growing team of behavioral health providers. You will work closely with operations partners to ensure smooth care delivery while driving clinical quality, enhancing patient experience, and shaping a mission‑driven team and care model.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master’s‑level providers, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
• Collaborate with Operations to align clinician schedules, manage time off, and optimize patient access.
• Lead process optimization, evaluate and refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, lead new patient intake appointments, and facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers.

Required profile

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or master’s‑level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) with an active CA license and 7+ years post‑licensure experience.
• 3+ years managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence‑based treatment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, tech‑savvy, culturally responsive, and committed to ongoing learning.
