Evening & Weekend Pediatrician (Part‑Time, CA License)

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic and seeks a California‑licensed pediatrician to provide evening and weekend care remotely. This part‑time position supports children and teens with ADHD through diagnosis, medication management, and family education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD, focusing on diagnostic evaluation and stimulant medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to program implementation, evaluation, and iterative development to optimize care delivery.
• Potentially expand into program development and leadership activities based on interest and company needs.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Board certified in Pediatrics.
• Minimum five years of patient‑care experience.
• Experience working with culturally diverse families and openness to ongoing training.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine (sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activity).

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using telemedicine platforms for virtual visits.
• Ability to prescribe and manage ADHD stimulant medication.

What we offer

• Clinical compensation of $136‑$178 per hour and $25 per hour for administrative time.
• Ongoing training opportunities and stipends for additional learning and development.
• Flexible scheduling: evenings (2 pm‑8 pm PT) Monday‑Friday and Saturdays (8 am‑2 pm PT).
