Part-Time Remote Group Therapist (California Licensed)

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a California‑licensed mental health professional to facilitate virtual, evidence‑based psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and related behavioral health needs. The role is fully remote and part‑time, allowing you to work 8–25 hours per week while supporting families through structured curricula and peer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual treatment groups for parents, delivering evidence‑based programs with clinical fidelity.
• Create a warm, psychologically safe environment that encourages participation and skill‑building.
• Guide caregivers in applying behavioral strategies at home and track progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation for each group session.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for families needing additional clinical support.

Required profile

• Active licensure in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Experience working with parents/caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, or related concerns.
• Proven ability to deliver evidence‑based parent interventions via telehealth.
• Experience facilitating groups, workshops, or structured psychoeducational programs.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using evidence‑based curricula while exercising clinical judgment.

• Clinical hourly rate of $62–$96 per completed clinical hour.
