About the role

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for part‑time positions (0.5‑0.8 FTE) at Mercy Hospital in Canton, Ohio. The role offers flexible scheduling, sign‑on bonuses and loan repayment assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthetic agents during induction, maintenance and emergence phases.
• Monitor patient physiologic responses and intervene as needed, notifying the supervising physician.
• Document anesthesia care and provide post‑anesthesia follow‑up.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio.
• Current NBCRNA certification and state endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• May require PALS and NRP certifications based on assignment.
