Part-Time Business Development Representative – Remote

About the role

The Dyrt is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Business Development Representative to join its Advertising Sales team on a part‑time, fully remote basis. You will help grow the sales pipeline by researching prospects, conducting multi‑channel outreach, and booking qualified meetings for senior account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine targeted prospect lists based on criteria from the Lead Generation Manager.
• Engage prospects via LinkedIn and email to generate qualified meetings.
• Meet or exceed daily outreach targets and performance metrics.
• Identify qualified sales opportunities and hand them off to senior account executives.
• Maintain accurate contact, company, and activity records in Pipedrive CRM.
• Support weekly reporting of activity data for the Lead Generation Manager.

Required profile

• Motivated and detail‑oriented individual who enjoys research and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week, Monday‑Wednesday, in a U.S. time zone with a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience using Pipedrive CRM.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for professional outreach.
