About the role

Join a growing bike shop chain with eight stores across the southeast. As a Sales Associate you will help customers find the perfect bike or tune their ride, creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting bikes, parts, and accessories based on their needs.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations on the latest cycling equipment.
Build and maintain relationships with riders in the community.

Required profile

Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong hospitality skills.
Excellent communication and listening abilities.
Willingness to learn and develop product expertise.
