About the role

A hospitality group is looking for a highly skilled, friendly and enthusiastic Bartender for a part-time position. You will welcome customers, make food and drink recommendations and prepare a variety of drinks for the bar's patrons, with strong knowledge of mixed drinks, beer and wine.

Key responsibilities

Greet bar patrons as they arrive
Make food and beverage recommendations and inform customers of specials
Take food and beverage orders and check identification for legal alcohol sales
Prepare and serve drinks promptly
Keep track of inventory so bar and tables stay stocked
Follow food and safety regulations
Set up and monitor customer tabs

Required profile

High school diploma; previous bartending experience preferred
Alcohol server training, if required by local or state law
Open availability for nights and weekends
Ability to stand and lift 25+ pounds

Required skills

Superb knowledge of mixed drinks, beer and wine
Excellent customer service, organization, time management and multitasking
Basic math skills
