General Manager - Tribute Portfolio Hotel

About the role

Hotel Landy Orlando Universal Blvd., a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is seeking a General Manager to lead its operations, guest experience and financial performance. The hotel sits on Universal Boulevard near major Orlando attractions and offers resort-style amenities, including F&B venues, recreation areas and event spaces. The growth path is listed as General Manager, then Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and mentor a diverse team, set clear expectations and build a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
• Oversee service standards, personalized guest experiences and quick resolution of issues to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Develop and run revenue maximization and expense optimization strategies, monitor financial performance and act on corrective measures.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping and maintenance, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Foster continuous learning and professional development for team members.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous hotel management experience required.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend and reach, and occasional travel.
