Parental Accountability Court Coordinator 2

About the role

The Georgia Department of Human Services is seeking a Parental Accountability Court Coordinator 2 to support the Division of Child Support Services in Clarkesville, GA. This position provides personal support, crisis intervention, and case management for clients involved in court‑related child support matters.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the Division of Child Support Services and the assigned judicial circuit, communicating with clients, courts, and service providers.
• Enforce support orders, attend court hearings, manage case alerts, and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of participant status and produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Identify employment opportunities for participants and coordinate referrals to community resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, business, or related field, or an associate degree with relevant experience.
• Two years of experience within a government judicial system or related role, or one year at a lower‑level PAC Coordinator position.
• Strong customer‑service skills, active listening, and sound judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
