Paralegal and Legal Operations Specialist

About the role

New Tradition is seeking a Paralegal and Legal Operations Specialist to support its legal team and broader business functions. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will help build scalable legal processes, manage contracts, and ensure compliance across the company’s extensive media portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in finalizing and launching the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system (Summize) and related self‑service tools.
• Manage contract intake, execution, storage, and maintain lease files in partnership with the real‑estate team.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate standard commercial agreements using approved templates, including NDAs, advertising terms, and vendor MSAs.
• Develop and maintain a tracking system for key contract dates and proactively flag deadlines.
• Own the legal department’s document repository, records retention, and vendor management processes.
• Support corporate governance, entity management, IP portfolio, insurance, risk mitigation, employee lifecycle documentation, and M&A activities as needed.

Required profile

• Dynamic, adaptable self‑starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solver comfortable working independently while supporting a solo General Counsel.
• Detail‑oriented and able to collaborate across multiple functional teams.
