About the role
Skyglass is seeking an experienced Overnight Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests. The role involves organizing and coordinating resident services, providing local market information, and supporting the community’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
- Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
- Prepare clubhouse amenities for opening each morning.
- Keep up-to-date information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services and share it with residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.
Required profile
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to interact with a diverse audience.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
- Proficiency with computers, internet and basic software applications.
