About the role
The Olivian community is seeking an experienced Concierge to deliver exceptional resident services and act as a trusted information source for local resources. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area and provide a comfortable waiting environment.
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for each arrival.
- Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
- Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
- Proficiency in using computers, the internet, and basic software.
