About the role

The Concierge will be the front‑line host for residents and guests at REN Apartments, a 457‑unit luxury tower in downtown Seattle. This role blends hospitality with property‑management services, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for a diverse community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects, residents, and visitors, providing courteous assistance and information.
• Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness before arrivals.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning for optimal condition.
• Curate and update local area resources such as restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact with a diverse audience.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the Seattle neighborhood to assist residents.
