About the role

Join Home Genius Exteriors as an Outside Sales Representative, meeting pre‑qualified homeowners, delivering impactful presentations and closing high‑ticket home remodeling deals. This full‑time W‑2 position offers uncapped commission with top performers earning up to $300K per year.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in‑home presentations that wow homeowners.
Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales.
Master the product portfolio and financing options.
Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

Strong communication and organization skills.
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (up to 6 days/week).
Self‑motivated; works well independently or on a team.
Sales or home‑improvement experience is a plus, not required.
