Outside Sales Executive - Luxury Retail Partnerships (USA)

About the role

Hästens is looking for an Outside Sales Executive to expand its presence across the US by identifying new business opportunities, building strong retail partnerships and driving sales growth. This is a high-performance, self-driven role: you will take ownership of your territory, build your pipeline and spend about 80% of your time travelling across it to meet prospective partners. The position is fully remote and based in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, outside sales or a similar sales role.
• A proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (about four days per week).
• Valid U.S. driver's license (Class D/C).

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Strong communication skills, able to build trust quickly and handle complex objections.
