Outside Account Executive - Audio Advertising

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring an Outside Account Executive in Nashville, Tennessee. The role centres on selling broadcast and digital marketing products to clients, growing new business through in-person meetings and research, and nurturing existing accounts with a full suite of products.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the broadcast and digital marketing products and use them to exceed client expectations
• Identify and develop new business through in-person client meetings and research
• Cultivate existing business and drive revenue together with internal partners
• Create effective marketing campaigns and deliver data-backed sales presentations
• Generate leads through daily cold calling and outreach to prospective clients

Required profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator and proactive
• Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and persuasive communication skills
• Able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's licence, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred)
• Digital/media sales experience is a plus; experience with multi-platform campaigns, analytics, iHeart or audio advertising and market connections are a bonus
