Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Arbor Place, Inc., a private non-profit serving Western Wisconsin since 1974, is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for its Menomonie outpatient program. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team providing client-centered care to individuals and families dealing with mental health and/or substance use challenges. The position is available full-time or part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations
• Provide individual, family and potentially group therapy services
• Develop treatment plans using effective, evidence-based interventions
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate care and support client success
• Take part in staff meetings, trainings and organizational projects

Required profile

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
• Current Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW
• Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• Team player who values professionalism and compassionate care
