Outbound Call Center Representative (Remote)

About the role

Royal York Property Management is hiring full-time Outbound Call Center Representatives to speak with residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program, which costs C$100 per month and covers the owner's rent if a covered tenant defaults. The work is remote, on U.S. Eastern Time business hours, with annual target earnings of C$40,000 to C$50,000. You will not close the final sale; your main goal is to turn outbound calls into qualified, accepted live transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer and deliver clear, professional call openings.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program, explain the C$100 monthly cost and potential value, and confirm the number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Respond to owners who are busy, skeptical, uninterested or upset, and explain why the program must be active before a covered default.
• Ask qualified owners to complete an immediate live transfer and record accurate call notes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules and opt-out procedures, and meet hourly and daily call and transfer targets.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience in an outbound call centre, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, consumer qualification or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer and working toward call, transfer, appointment, conversion or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English, strong listening and objection-handling skills, and the ability to stay calm with difficult callers.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Preferred: property management, real estate, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, home services or other consumer-sales experience.

Required skills

• CRM, call-note and disposition habits.
• Ability to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Remote setup: computer with at least 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, wired USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, quiet calling environment, wired internet of at least 100 Mbps download, backup internet and power arrangements.
• Ability to use a dialer, CRM and campaign system at the same time; experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools or Readymode is preferred.
