Oracle Cloud Integration Lead

About the role

Next Generation, Inc is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to design, develop, and support integrations for Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud applications. This fully remote, long‑term position requires deep technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support ERP and HCM Cloud applications, focusing on integration design and delivery.
• Develop integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using SOAP, REST/ATOM web services, FBDI file uploads, and SFTP.
• Automate end‑to‑end integration processes and troubleshoot inbound/outbound integration issues.
• Provide technical guidance on integration best practices, patterns, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with project managers to track integration workstream status and report progress.
• Stay current with new features in OIC and related technologies, and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including conversions, integrations, reporting, and payroll modules.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, produce high‑quality documentation, and communicate effectively at all organization levels.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and unit testing.
• SOAP and REST/ATOM web services, SFTP, XSLT, SQL, PL/SQL, PeopleTools.
• Oracle HCM Cloud modules: CoreHR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Workforce Management.
• Data loading tools: HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, HDL.
• BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, advanced SQL, and Oracle Cloud security (SSO, DFFs, work structures).
