Operations Manager – Rural Super Rural (RSR)

About the role

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager for its Rural Super Rural (RSR) team. You will lead a mix of salaried and hourly staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries in remote areas, supporting the first‑mile, middle‑mile and last‑mile processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate a diverse team to achieve safety, quality, attendance and performance targets.
• Lead large‑scale projects that impact site and regional operations.
• Develop and execute productivity plans based on forecast reviews and collaborate with other leaders to balance workload.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity and customer delivery commitments.
• Partner with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for up to 12‑hour shifts.
