Operations and Technology Manager

About the role

The Operations and Technology Manager will support day‑to‑day operations and technology needs of the AI Innovation Lab, overseeing internal software, AI tools, and administrative systems for student projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology support for AI tooling and software access, managing full life‑cycle projects from design to deployment.
• Allocate budgets, timelines and resources, and drive new software development based on internal needs.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the lab, including meeting coordination, budget tracking, purchase orders, and event logistics.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet both technical and non‑technical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of business/technology experience with strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, mentor others and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
