Onboarding Program Manager

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of its global onboarding experience. Reporting to the People team, you will partner with Recruiting, People Operations, IT, and business leaders to turn onboarding into a competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for a world‑class global onboarding program.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding systems, content, milestones, and touchpoints for new hires across regions and functions.
• Benchmark best‑in‑class onboarding practices and embed Applied Intuition’s values and EVP into every new‑hire experience.
• Lead week‑to‑week orientation activities, coordinate stakeholder involvement, and ensure seamless execution.
• Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate to drive higher ramp speed and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or substantially redesigning an onboarding or people program in a fast‑growing, global organization.
• Strong ability to translate company culture and EVP into tangible new‑hire experiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional partners such as Recruiting, IT, and business leaders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly scaling environments.
