OluKai Retail Stock Lead - Lahaina

About the role

Archipelago Cos is hiring a full-time OluKai Retail Stock Lead in Lahaina. The role covers receiving, organizing and maintaining store inventory, with moderate to heavy physical labor and close attention to detail. A personal vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance is required for transporting goods, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process all incoming freight, replenish merchandise on the sales floor and fulfill customer and Sales Associate requests
• Keep shipments accurately received and neatly stocked in the back room or storage facility, and help maintain an organized back room
• Assist in biannual inventory audits and analyze physical inventory and reports to create replenishment orders, reported weekly to the Store Manager
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe stockroom
• Work one shift per week on the sales floor, assisting customers, tracking sales and shadowing the manager
• Process returns, transfers and damages upon request

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience; back-of-house experience is an advantage
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds and to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
• Willingness to work as a self-motivated team player with a guest-centric approach

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting invoices and packing slips
• Organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with OluKai products and proper stockroom safety procedures
