OluKai Retail Associate – Disney Springs

About the role

As the OluKai Retail Associate, you welcome customers into the store and deliver a memorable brand experience as the first point of contact for guests. The position is part-time, under 29 hours per week, at the OluKai store in Disney Springs, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and build rapport, acting as a brand ambassador for OluKai
• Share the story behind the brand's partnerships and product design inspiration
• Advise customers on product lines, fashion trends and what suits their needs
• Solve customer problems independently while keeping a friendly, Aloha spirit
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness
• Help with back-of-house tasks such as receiving, processing product and restocking
• Use POS systems correctly to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Take part in local events and community programs

Required profile

• At least 6 months of retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Available for at least three shifts a week (4-8 hours each)
• Available for holidays and weekends as needed
• Aged 17 or older; GED or high school diploma preferred
• Able to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs

Required skills

• POS best practices
• Knowledge of OluKai product lines and current fashion trends
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent work ethic, time management and organization
