Occupational Therapist, PRN

About the role

Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation, planning, and treatment services for patients ranging from newborns to seniors across inpatient, outpatient, and pediatric settings.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct, administer, and document occupational therapy services for patients of all ages.
• Administer treatments according to established plans of care to restore function and prevent disability.
• Provide services to a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient populations in compliance with state and national regulations.
• Flexibly work in inpatient, outpatient, and pediatric settings, with possible travel between Libby and Troy clinics.
• Cover additional hours to support OT vacations and collaborate with full‑time OT staff.

Required profile

• At least one (1) year of occupational therapy experience.
• Current MT OT license or COTA credential from an accredited OT program.
• Preference for experience in inpatient, outpatient, and pediatric settings (not mandatory).

• Occupational therapy assessment and evaluation.
