About the role
Deliver autonomous occupational therapy treatment to outpatients, evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress toward goals while ensuring high-quality patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and provide treatment programs to achieve patient‑specific goals.
- Assess patient response, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve productivity targets related to access to care, patient experience, and quality metrics.
- Assist in program development and enhancement to meet community needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
- Current occupational therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web‑based applications.
