Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C)

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a full‑time Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (PA‑C) to join the Division of Occupational Medicine at the Nucor Towers and Structures site in Hazleton, PA. You will provide onsite occupational health services to more than 180 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct work injury evaluations and treatments, DOT physicals, medical surveillance exams, pre‑placement physicals, and fitness‑for‑duty evaluations.
• Document all clinical activities in the Epic EMR system and support administrative occupational health tasks.

Required profile

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
• 2 + years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred; COHN/COHN‑S preferred.
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR documentation.
• Ability to perform DOT physicals and other specialty occupational exams.
