Nutritionist / Food Scientist & Customer Success Manager

About the role

FoodLabelMaker.com is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps food businesses create compliant nutrition and supplement labels quickly, and offers consultancy through its Hire an Expert program. It is looking for a Nutritionist/Food Scientist & Customer Success Manager who combines enterprise customer retention, customer support, nutrition labeling and light consultative sales. The role covers onboarding, proactive support and renewals, while also supporting labeling projects and regulatory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new enterprise customers and ensure smooth activation and early value
• Manage ongoing relationships with assigned enterprise accounts through proactive check-ins and support
• Identify risks, usage gaps and upgrade or renewal opportunities, and support renewal conversations
• Handle customer chats, calls and emails, guide users through the platform and resolve complex cases
• Sell Hire an Expert services related to nutrition labeling and regulatory requirements when appropriate
• Create accurate, compliant Nutrition Facts labels with the software and support Hire an Expert projects, including client communication and label delivery
• Stay up to date with food labeling regulations across key markets and support customers with regulatory questions

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in nutrition, food science, customer success or customer support (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Nutrition, Food Science or a related field
• Strong written and spoken English at an advanced level
• Ability to manage customer relationships proactively and handle multiple accounts and priorities
• Comfortable with consultative conversations and identifying customer needs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, independence and ownership
• Ability to work USA market hours
