About the role
BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for overnight 1:1 home care in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. You will provide skilled nursing care to a single client throughout your shift, enjoying flexible scheduling and no weekend requirement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care in the client’s home during overnight shifts.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting and communicate with 24/7 clinical support.
Required profile
- Active LPN license in Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Required skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) clinical competencies.
- Ability to work independently with 24/7 clinical support.
